CP2102 based USB to UART TTL Converter Module - 6 Pin Out - Including DTR for Target Reset

This is a USB2.0 to TTL UART Converter module which is based on CP2102 Bridge by SiLabs. This module can be used with Laptop's which don't have a standard serial port. This module creates a virtual COM port using USB on your computer which can support various standard Baud Rates for serial communication.

This module has 6 pin breakout connector which includes

• TXD

• RXD

• GND

• 3V3

• 5V

• DTR

Apart from these 6 Pins, the board has the pinout for DCD, DSR, RTS, SUS, SUS, RI and RST functions. So basically this module gives a breakout to all the pins of CP2102.

This module can be used to upload Arduino sketches onto your Arduino loaded AVR devices over RXD, TXD pins of the module. 5 Pin Female to Female connector comes with this module.

You may need to install drivers for CP2102 before you use this module.

Built-in self-recovery fuse. In the event of an accidental short circuit, it can effectively protect your computer USB port and Downloader.

Built-in three LEDs: power indicator, data reception indicator, the data transmission indicator, working status
